This service provides consistent, responsible care so your home remains secure, maintained, and running smoothly until you return. I can stay in your home or provide scheduled weekly visits—either way, your home stays lived-in, protected, and handled with care. I act as your local point person, managing daily needs such as bringing in mail and packages, rotating lights, taking out trash, and monitoring appliances and home systems. I watch plumbing, electrical issues, HVAC, and overall conditions so small concerns don’t become costly problems. Live-in house sitting provides daily presence and added security, which is especially valuable during storm season, extended travel, or for seasonal residents. Lights are used naturally, routines stay consistent, and the home always appears occupied. Scheduled visits are arranged in advance and tailored to your home, location, and comfort level. Storm preparation and post-storm checks are included. Before severe weather, I secure outdoor items and check windows and doors. After a storm, I inspect for damage, leaks, power issues, or anything unusual and communicate promptly if action is needed. If an issue arises while you’re away, you’re not managing it from a distance. I coordinate service providers, meet repair professionals, provide updates, and ensure problems are handled responsibly. Your home is kept clean, aired out, and in good condition throughout your absence so you return to a space that feels cared for. Pets, plants, and other household responsibilities can be included as needed. This service is ideal for seasonal residents, extended travel, medical absences, or anyone who wants peace of mind knowing their home is being watched over by a calm, experienced professional. The initial Meet and Greet is $25 and will be applied to your first house-sitting appointment if an agreement is signed. Long-Term House Sitting Rates – Scheduled Visits (Non-Live-In) 1 to 3 bedroom home 3 visits/week: $150 per week 12 visits/month: $600 per month 4+ bedroom home 3 visits/week: $225 per week 12 visits/month: $900 per month Rates are based on home size and visit frequency. Live-in house sitting is quoted separately based on length of stay and responsibilities.
